Patricia Lott/Licensed
Acupuncturist/Owner
- Patricia has over 25
years experience working in health care. She holds a Masters degree from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute
, now known as Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD. Patricia is
licensed by the Maryland State Board of Acupuncture, is certified a
Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission
for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(NCCAOM) and is certified by
the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association(NADA) to offer
auricular acupuncture treatment for addiction. At the heart of her
acupuncture practice is the strong belief in “body-wisdom". Every person contains within them the natural ability to heal and be
well. Symptoms are signs, unique to each individual, telling us that
something is “not right.” Through the use of acupuncture we can
restore the natural flow and balance of life energy, Chi, to promote
health and well-being. When your body is balanced all areas of your
life are positively affected.

Lynn/Licensed
Acupuncturist
- After
many years of being involved in the healthcare “industry,” Lynn was led to
Chinese Medicine by a series of her own physical bumps and bruises, and a draw
to the poetic and scientific nature of this healing system. She was impressed by
the medicine’s rich history and effectiveness as a complete system of healing.
She continues to be awed by its unique ability to apply the dynamics of the
natural world into a healing system, which ultimately brings a therapeutic
effect to our body, mind, and spirit. Lynn earned her Masters degree in Chinese
Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San
Francisco, CA in 2002. Her studies emphasized both Traditional Chinese
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She is a licensed Acupuncturist in
Maryland and is nationally certified by the National Commission for the
Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Lynn has had a
small private practice in Baltimore, as well as Portland, Oregon, where she
first learned about community acupuncture. She is a strong believer in the idea
that healthcare should be affordable, accessible and effective, and she’s
honored to be a part of this clinic that strives to achieve these goals. Her
experience has shown that when we are supported with healthy alternatives we
have the capability to make great strides in our lives that will ultimately
reach the community at large. She is a great believer in holistic medicine, and
has seen how fostering health in individuals can help cultivate more stable and
healthy communities.
